Retractable arm, cassette, drop arm and vertical screens. Manual or motorised, made to measure.

Remote or wall control, with wind and sun sensors where the terrace needs them.

Will it survive a strong wind?
Some terraces should not have a big awning at all, and we will say so. On the visit we look at exposure, tell you what wind rating makes sense, and whether a sensor that retracts it automatically is worth having.
Do I need the community's permission?
In many urbanisations, yes, and the colour is often already set. Thirty years of fitting on this coast means we can usually tell you what your community will and will not accept before you ask them.
Can you just replace the fabric?
Usually. A good frame outlasts its canvas by years. If the arms and motor are in good condition, a re-cover costs a fraction of a new awning.
