Awnings and sun canopies
Retractable arm awnings for terraces, cassette awnings where the fabric needs protecting when it is rolled away, drop arm awnings for windows and balconies, and vertical screens to close off the side of a terrace from low sun or wind.
Every one is made to measure. We look at the exposure, the fixing surface and how you actually use the space before we recommend a size or a system, and we will say so if a smaller awning or a different type will serve you better.
Motorised and manual blinds
Manual systems with a crank, or motorised with a remote or wall switch. Wind and sun sensors can retract an awning automatically, which is worth having on an exposed terrace.
We also motorise existing manual awnings where the frame is in good condition.
Roller shutters
Installation and repair of roller shutters for security, shade and a cooler house. Cords, straps, slats and motors repaired or replaced.
Re-covers, servicing and repairs
A good frame outlasts its fabric by years. If the arms and motor are in good condition, replacing faded or torn fabric on your existing awning costs a fraction of a new one.
